Susanne Simon
Dr. Susanne Simon has been a senior partner at TROCKLE Unternehmensberatung since 2007 and heads the office in Switzerland. In the areas of executive search / recruiting and organisational consulting, she specialises in the biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries. Geographical focus is Europe with an emphasis on the German-speaking countries.
Dr. Simon has 14 years of industry experience and has held senior positions in medicine, marketing and sales in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. She has worked in domestic and international functions, most recently as a director in the USA at the headquarters of a research-based pharmaceutical and diagnostics company.
Dr. Simon completed her studies at the Technical University of Braunschweig (biochemistry), at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (doctorate) and at Georgetown University (business administration).
